Oh, what a night indeed! The venue was abuzz with wine lovers for our first Wine Event last week, ‘A journey through the Southern Barossa’. Guests were treated to a six course degustation menu with matching wines from Linfield Road. Our favourite of the night – Coq au Vin, smoky bacon and mushrooms served with a paris mash and heirloom carrots, alongside the 2012 ‘Black Hammer’ Cabernet Sauvignon. A special thanks to Linfield Road winemaker, Daniel Wilson, for sharing his knowledge and expertise and delighting our tastebuds throughout the evening.
